i notice a trend. a really hot girl with beautiful long hair will get into her 30's-40's, put on the weight and lose her looks..about this time she will cut off her beautiful long hair and go with a horrendously ugly short hairdo that makes her look even more man-like. it's not sexy you know! do they do it just because they have given up trying to be hot?

good point....another thing I do not understand is this. If I was a woman and wanted to be a lesbian, I would want a very hot looking lady; but sometimes you see the cutest girl with some butch type woman. There are many like this in the Filipino community here in Vancouver, Canada...one will be a raving beauty, her lover is a real man-hater and the short hair, stocky build, flat boobs and looks like she is going logging....it is a total mystery to me.

Maybe;but who said having short hair means you're a lesbian?I'm a teen and I have really short hair,and that doesn't make me a lesbian.You could have said that lesbians preffer a short hairdo,but not that every woman with short hair is one.

Hello, long hair pulls a womans features down,makesthem look older, the shorter the hair the younger the looks, so thast why most women who have crossed 30 prefer having short bouncy hair .

if your 40 youve been cutting, styling, perming, and dying your hair for about 30 yrs by yourself. i think they just get tired of it. not only that most people at that age are comfortable with themselves and dont care what people think, some are lesbians, and others think it fits their age group. i personally will keep my long til i dye probably and still try to look hot. im 30 by the way
