The best thing you can do it shave it off. Wax is probably the last thing you want to get near there, so depilation is off the list. You could try those hair removal creams like veet and nair, but they might burn and irritate the skin which I'm pretty sure you want either. Then you can try laser hair removal but I'm not sure is worth it, cause is not a place where people constantly looks at.

u should use hair remover, its very simple to use it just paste it on Ur penis wait for 10 minutes until it dry, and after it dries just spread drops of water and wash it with cloth
