i was 21 stone but lost 5 stone in 6 months but wont to push it 2 more stone.

You'll have to supply more info than that I'm afraid.
It all depends on your metabolic type.
Determine whether you're protein or carb dominant.
To do that you need to "test" how you react to the macro-nutrients you consume.
