i can relate, baked goods , my nemesis, use subs. and WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING you consume. before you eat or drink read the list. you'll be amazed.

I find the more of that stuff I eat, the more I crave it. The opposite is also true. The more I don't eat that stuff, I lose my cravings for it. If you weed it out of your diet, your body wont want it any more. If you crave chocolate or something, don't totally deprive your self though or you wont be able to stick to it. Allow your self a fun size candy bar or a hand full of M&M's. One rule I try to keep is no dessert unless I am out to dinner or it is totally home made. No packaged cookies or cakes. It's not like I'm going to make home made cake or cookies every day so it's just an occasional treat. I will just not buy that stuff when I go shopping. I know it's tough but be strong, you can do it!!! Best of Luck!!!

U r not the only person who is suffering from junk food. Our present lifestyle is forcing us to take such food and we are addicted into this. To keep yourself healthy u need exercises a lot with taking plenty of green vegetables, fruits (if possible). Drink water a lot. You need a strong mindset that you have to reduce taking junk food. Till date no medicine has been discovered to get anybody turnoff from junk food. Always be cheerful and think positive (some books will help u to build up ur positive thinking). Now a days different food supplements are available in the market to protect u from different diseases like Cardiac prob, Cancer, Diabetis, Kidney prob, skin prob, obesity, depression and hypertension etc. Though we take healthy food, due to Pollution, junk food & our unhealthy lifestyle, we get effected of these diseases. You just have to retrain your taste buds. It takes a few days, but if you don't eat it the gradually you will find that your cravings will go away. The biggest thing is to not be around it - get rid of it! Fill your cupboards with healthier options and you won't have to fight temptation.
