this is a million dollar question isnt it...?
It takes a lot of hard work, patience and dedication but can be achieved. Dont hope it happens overnight though it doesnt happen. Ive had four kids and it is really hard.
Keep your carbs to a minimum, eat healthy foods, cut out as much fat as you can and exercise exercise exercise, walking is enough. Get to know your core muscles and tighten them doing everything. buy a fit ball and use it ironing, watching tv, eating etc. good luck.

run. or any other aerobic activity. most people do alot of situps and get a nice sixpack...under a layer of fat. you have to get rid of the layer of fat thats hiding your stomach muscles. best way is to increase your burned calories a day. run, cycle, swimming is very good, use that to burn off the fat while working to get a strong ab core.
