I can feel he likes me and i like him a lot. I treat him special but he's a shy type of guy and won't do a move. How do i make him function?

maybe you need to make the move first!!! If hes shy its gona be so hard on him to pluck up the courage - try the blatantly obvious hints first on the fact that you like him, if he still doesnt make a move just ask him straight out - "how would you feel about kissing me" - if he answers positively tell him that you'd like him to! Sometimes guys just need to be assured they wont be rejected!

Forget him honey. I'm here! If he's shy although it doesnt seem too good , make the first move and tell him, i know timid guys they'd rather die rather than asking someone out.

Take away the RISK...
Shy guys (people for that matter) are such due to a fear of rejection. Say things like - Gosh a kiss would be nice... or, You know... if you asked me out... I'd say YES!
Let him know how you feel, that will free him to be more aggressive with you.

GOD, take him to a disco toilet and rape him there,, it will let him be open the rest of his life, he will see how GOOD it feels.. just kidding, maybe you just go and say: Listen, s of b, here I am, feeling ok in your company and getting feelings for you, i dont crash on people after 1st simile, but I think it is worth to tell you as trust in your jusdjements, but dont forget to ask his confidence be present....( it is NORMAL), ,,,,,that will make him think...

maybe hes not really into you. but maybe she lack confidence or maybe you have done wrong to him so he is very shy. or maybe he is just like that. just show him that you love him and be the right girl for him. and also just be yourself.
