If it is just only for small pieces of text, you can post it in http://www.phrasebase.com and some of its members will give it a try. But if it is something too long, nobody will do it for free.

at the free websites it's just a compute doing the translation, it's impossibly to get it all correct regarding grammar and the correct words. For that you need a human as you say. But someone workning for free seems quite impossible.

Not really, because of the complexity of other languages and translations, it takes time and energy to translate text correctly.

if u go on google.co.uk and click on more (at the top). scroll down and click on translate (bottom right hand corner) click on that and start translating. good luck!!
