Pointless question but I'll answer it anyway

Because the plane would be too heavy to take off.

Well first because it would be waaay to expensive. And second, the "black box" material isn't that flexible to be shaped for a plane.

Because if we did the plane would weight at least 10x what it actually weights, and no such heavy thing can fly.
