Normally you will have four wisdom teeth. Upper right side, upper left, lower right, lower left...... It's not uncommon to be missing some though.
Most people don't have room for them and they need to be pulled.
In cases were they are impacted (turned at an angle where they can't come in normally) they are removed by an oral surgeon, because they can cause damage to your 12-year molars. Also, the roots continue to grow, the upper roots could grow into your sinuses and the lower roots could cause nerve damage in your lower jaw.
You should go to your dentist or oral surgeon who can do a panoramic x-ray to see if you have the other two and if they are able to come in on their own.
I had 3 impacted wisdon teeth that were surgically removed. I was missing the lower left one. The roots of the upper two were in my sinus cavity.

where is it growing actually?in your mouth or in your gums?if in your mouth, see a dentist asap!!if its on your gum,at the far end of your gum,its just natural.i once had my two wisdom teeth growing at the same time, both lower jaw and the pain is unbearable!i even had fever becoz of it.if its pushing your other teeth causing them to loose their place,u should get it extracted.but be careful, its too risky sometimes.i know 2 people who died of complicatios after having their wisdom tooth extracted.thats why i got scared and no matter how painful my wisdom tooth is giving me,i bear the pain rather than pulling it off and losing my life..

Actually it is possible to have more or less then what you are supposed to. I had one removed cause it was causing troubles. I know a lot of people end up having them removed. If they are causing troubles which most times they do, have the dentist extract them.

You should have four and if they don't give you any trouble leave them there. I don't understand people who want to pull them out just because they are wisdom teeth.

Are they both on the same side, comming in at once? They are supposed to be there but your jaw may not be "long" enough to support them. Go have it checked.

that's perfectly normal. you will have to get them extracted though. mine never developed so I wouldn't know how bad that would be. good luck!
