It can be sewn back on.... but you have to get him to a hospital fast... or he might just bleed to death.... so .... whos dick u planning on biting off .... and what did he do?

If medical attention was not administered , yes they could bleed to death. The male penis is a maze of blood vessels but there is a very large vessel that runs the length of it, And Yes they would be in agony for a long time, regardless if it was sewn back on or not....

Penises have occasionally been surgically restored after being cut off.

I know of know biting off cases, but I suppose it could happen, at least in theory, under the right conditions. Ears are bitten off all the time.

Yes it can be re-attached. If not attended to, bleeding to death is very likely.
During the Ancient Chinese Dynasty, that was punishment for young men who committed some crimes. In most cases they bled to death.
If they did not, they spent their entire life without any sexual relief.

He would not bleed to death nor be in especial agony beyond the immediate and yes, it could be reattached....its been done.

THEY WOULD NOT BLEED TO DEATH IF THEY WENT TO THE EMERGENCY WARD STRAIGHT AWAY...AND A PENIS HAS BEEN REATTACHED BEFORE AFTER A DOMESTIC DIPUTE..
