i wanna bring along my girlfriend to watch stars in hong kong at night... what are the good place...? it should not too remote,, with convenient public transportation accessible...

I would go onto Hong Kong Island and take the cable car to the top of the mountain, unless you want to get really remote.
Fabulous place though.

Take the ferry from kowloon to Hong kong island. Then, there are taxie which can take u all the way to the mountain..but this is more expensive. Actually, there are bus stops right next to those taxies. They are much cheaper. It is not hard to figure out which bus u should take as there are signs on the bus itself. Just ask around and people u tell u. If u go in day time, don't foget to try the tiramisu cake at the cafe (on the mountain). It tastes good! I went to visit Hong Kong 2.5 yrs ago. It's fun! Too bad I only stayed there for 2 weeks only..not enough.

I will agree with Victoria's Peak. There you can enjoy the Hong Kong popular skyline at night, see the light show and also watch the night sky. Plus there is bus service to bring you there.

With my 3-days holiday in Hongkong...i suggest you visit the Victoria Peak. You can watch the stars at night..see the colorful buildings. Overlooking the Victoria Harbor.It`s great experience.

I don't know where I have there for ten years and when go out to BBQ I don't see stars but try the when there's good weather you might see some
