And before you motherloving homies get smart, no I didnt need to go to the toilet, it was just a really intense pain on the lower left side

Are you joking? It's obvious you need to use the toilet. Your body can only hold so much water, and it flows through pretty fast. Holding it in over an entire night is not healthy for your kidneys.

I'm thinking possibly your bladder? Haha..I don't know. Maybe you should go in and ask about your kidneys and bladder. Make sure that they are functioning properly.
