Hi,At some stage in everyones life there comes a time when u realise u want commitment & want everyone to get to know the person u love.For a girl her parents approval of the guy she chooses will mean the world to her.If u are also serious & want the same ,it would not be a problem meeting the parents.It is rather a norm for guys to run away from this step.U cant run away for ever,but have to meet the family sooner or later.Its merely a step closer to strengthening your'll bond as well as the parents knowing who their kids are with!

If I wanted to introduce my parents to a guy, he should imagine that his days with me were numbered, because my Father scares the vast majority of men witless, and I have utilized this notion on a number of occasions to rid myself of a 'hanger on'.
However, there may come a time when I would like to utilize their cosy cottage in the Scottish Borders for a little romantic interlude with the object of my affection and, as such, there would be a necessity for the introduction.
The birth of their first grandchild would probably be the ideal time though, so much happiness and shared triumph could only lead to a warm atmosphere...!

That they like you enough to think that their parents would also like you. Or, that their parents have asked to meet you. Or, that they want to see what their parents would think. Depends, but it's not a bad thing, unless you have a phobia of parents or anything... hmm, that'd be arkward...
