Well its mostly mustard oil...its because they fry diff stuff in the same oil over and over again...thus mixing tatses and making it stale- that you feel sick...moreover, they dont strain out the oil before taking it out of the pan...so the oil just soaks into the food and then goes inside ur tummy :((

its palm oil,,

we feel acidic , not because of the oil ,,
if you did it at home too u would feel acidic,,

when we are out and eating at the stalll
we are generally hungry and without food for a long time.
( increased acid in our stomach)
we eat only the fried stuff and no liquid
(increased acid no dilution)

but when u are in house
you have been eating a lot of things
and regularly too

Crude oil. Radio oil.
Adulterated Palm oil that has been re-used several times it has become unedible...

Nobody dares ask them ... They are not licensed.. If you ask them they will say we are paying Regular Mamools to the local police.. we have to recover the money so we are using this unedible oils to sell so we can have money so we can have moneyto buy rice for our starving family...

What can you do?
The Indian economic system is corrupt beyond recovery.. Only USA style capitalism enforced by bamboo stick-in-the-*** , directed by "do it or I will kill you " style dictatorship can save India.

Re-used oil is used in road side stalls.
Though the food seems tasty, later it makes problems for our stomach.
So, haveing roadside food occasionally, is fine.
Not always or daily.

it could be anything from "leftover" oil from 5-4-3 or non statrer hotel if you are lucky!
if not - then it could be filtered oil from - engine-lub-oil left over mixed in small proportions, if road side cook is not greedy!
if greedy it is dirt cheap for him; very expensive for you:

lucky that you didn't fall sick - immediately when you took - first bite!

so, last ingradient of this "frying" medium is your LUCK, if good then you are away from Docs!

- last advice keep checking you balace in LUCK account; while trying this road Cookeries!!!

any advice from me , welcome

Avoid eating roadside fried stuff, to avoid stomach problems

For the unscrupulous, there is no limit to adulteration. So, beware !
