depends on how well you know each other. If you want to get to know her better go to star bucks talk over lattes. If you already know each other pretty well and you want to step a friendship into something more go beach. A nice picnic in the sand is romantic. Then go on the water for fun like jet skiing or something. Stay away from the mall she may think you are trying to buy your way in bad move.

I would start out at the coffe shop where you can talk and get to know each other .. After a copuple of hours if things are going well then take her for a sunset strol on the beach ,,, this is where ( if you are attracted to her you can reach for her hand while you walk along the beach)

Take her to the beach for half the day maybe and after that take her to the mall in this way she can have the best of both worlds. And she is happy

Good question. I'll say all three. Nothing stops you their isn't a limit. Walk around in the mall take her to get a coffee and take her to the beach don't tell just do it shes in your control. ha! piece of cake.
