Big is an indication of size. Words can be big in size by varying their font size.
If its meant to be logical, your question is probably referring to the longest word in English? Since words are made of the characters of the English alphabet and what you mean by 'biggest' could be the length of the word, measured by characters?
Now if all that is logical enough, my response to your question (in my logical interpretation) is, the word:
"supercalifragilisticaspialidocious" - from Mary Poppins
- which if you are a purist, is actually not a formal English word.
