i dont know. i mean, with all the religions around? religions should help people understand God better and have a deeper relationship with the Lord. but instead, some of the "religions" are clamming that they are the only people who can be saved. but the bible said be careful of those false prophets. but there are still a lot of people who are being decieved by this. so the only foundation we have is God.

Religions for the most part hinder moral corruption. A lot of people in the past (i.e., the Christian Crusades) have died in the name of God. Today people are dying in the name of Allah. It is and has been, either believe in my God or die. What a choice! My God is a personal God and I do not force my beliefs on others.

What is religions? It's just a "book" written by someone who himself believe that what he think will make this world better. And, it's funny that we choose to believe on something what someone think few thousands years ago, but refused to believe on ourselves.

if Relegion is not preaching other than ME no God exist, or if we donot interpret so, then defenitely relegion makes the world better. it is the misinterpretation which leads to chaos and confusion and unwanted voilence. I beleive no relegion insist to fight with another relegion. its our mis understanding of relegion.
