PLAN PLAN PLAN and plan even for things you don't anticipate happening. Think long and hard about exactly which way you want to do it. When? Where? How? are the important q's to ask yourself. And please do think about what ur going to say DON'T ad-lib. I know a guy that did that, and it was just messy and sloppy. THINK of something beforehand. You may not say exactly that but at least u've got a game plan. But of course keep it real and from the heart.
By the way... I recommend a private proposal, because some women don't like public ones. They feel like they've been put on the spot. I mean, how many girls say no with a room full of people. And besides it would be so much more intimate and beautiful with just the two of you.

Aww that's so cute, to propose to your girl. Anyways, I think the cutest moment for proposing is on her birthday. Take her out, as a special treat- and for desert, place the ring in her cupcake or a sweet and as she finds it, go on one knee and ask her, "Will you marry me?"

if i was ur girl i wud want something creative. suggestions...pull out a burger ring as long as u tell her shes getting a real one. my mate did this and seriously all us girls were saying how sweet it was. somewhere pretty or special to u both is always good. another one is buy a huge tacky as plastic ring and give that to her. i wud find that adorable. let urself b creative and she'll luv it no matta wot if shes really ur girl.
