I am from midwest, and I can't seem to find an Orange Julius around these parts.

I am from the midwest too, and I know exactly what you mean. These work for me.
3 oz. frozen oj
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
ice cubes

Mix in the blender and enjoy.

1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz can frozen oj
ice cubes
scoop vanilla ice cream

Mix together in a blender

Take any orange julius recipe and add a giant scoop of orange sherbet ice cream into the blender. Mmmmmm-to die for

4 oranges
2 ounces vanilla coffee creamer, fresh
10 ice cubes

Peel oranges and place in blender. Add coffee creamer. Blend on High for 10 seconds. Add ice and blend untill creamy smooth. Tastes like the real thing! Enjoy

Can't give you exact proportions,but experiment with the following and make it to your tastes:
Orange juice
milk
instant vanilla pudding (don't cook it, just add it straight from package)
Sugar to taste

Use blender. Can add ice to blender or serve it over ice.

orange juice, ice, 1-2 tsp of vannila extract, and about a tablespoon of powdered sugar blended together.
