I need a cheap place to stay in Watford and Huntingdon?

Does anyone know of a cheap (under 25 pounds) place to stay in either Watford or Huntingdon. As I will be getting about on foot I need to be as close as possible to the city centres. I have tried hostels but there aren't any in these towns.

i stayed at Premier Lodge in Watford. Its neat & tidy as well as cheap. Its like a 5 minute walk from the mall.

I cant help with Huntington, sorry
