CHICKEN MARSALA - In first frying pan, Cut boneless chicken into chunks or strips, coat with flour and cook in butter until all sides just start to brown, set aside. In second frying pan, melt butter and add fresh sliced mushrooms (lots) and cook until they just start to soften, add generous amount of Marsala wine and a couple of finely diced garlic cloves and cook for three minutes. Add chicken from first pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce), Add a small spritz more Marsala wine ( to refresh Marsala wine flavor) and serve immediately.

Hello!! :o) Scrambling a couple of eggs and toasting some bread doesn't take long at all. Just heat up a pan on low to medium. Add a little butter. Break open a couple of eggs and let the insides drop into the pan. [lol] Add a bit of salt and pepper. [to taste] And add a teaspoon of water. [helps to make the eggs fluffy] If you have a small rubber spatula [which would be best] keep moving the eggs around until they're done. [But an everyday, ordinary spoon will work] Only takes a minute or so. [So don't walk away] In the meantime - throw a couple of slices of bread into a toaster and.... TADA.... you've got yourself something good to eat. Oh yeah - to top it all off - have a nice cold glass of orange juice. I hope that helps. Craig!! :o)

If money isn't an object...order in.

Besides cooking is very easy really. The more you do yourself the cheaper it gets. Peal potatoes, boil for 20 minutes. Get some vegetables you like. Lettuce you don't even have to cook just wash and ad some vinegar and oil. Piece of meat or backed egg.

All easy and you have a good meal.

Soft-boiled eggs on buttered toast.

Ramen soup with an egg. Add some Korean kimchi to give you some fiber in your diet and to spice it up, if you like the taste.

Sandwiches: fill with sandwich cheese, peanut butter, pickles, ham, egg mayo, tuna mayo, pastrami, fried eggs, spam, bananas, veggies, whatever you like. Just not all at the same time.

Tuna cheese toast: Drain a can of tuna flakes and mix with mayo. Season with pepper, salt if you like. You can add chopped onions if you're feeling industrious. Put this on top of a half burger bun or a slice of bread (buttered, if you like), top with a slice of tomato (optional, but I like the tomato a lot) followed by a slice of sandwich cheese and grill until cheese melts and goes bubbly.

Fake pizza: buy a jar of pasta sauce. Slap some on a slice of bread. Top with anything you like, and then a slice of sandwich cheese. Grill until the cheese melts.

Pasta. Buy sauce in jars, or cook the easiest pasta ever: Boil a pot of spaghetti according to the package instructions. 2 minutes before it's done, add chopped broccoli, thawed frozen peas, or thawed frozen mixed vegetables. Drain the pasta and vegetables, and toss with either butter or olive oil, salt, and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

This answer assumes you have access to a stove and an oven, or toaster oven. If you have a slow cooker or a rice cooker, you have tons more options, seriously!

Brown 2 pounds of ground beef. Chop a half of med. onion. Add one can of Rotel tomatoes and simmer. Block cut half a box of velveta cheese. Put in microwavable bowl on med. for 5 mins.

Get some chips and lunch, dinner, breakfast is served. To stretch for other starving students: Ask for a 1.00 per student that should get you guys through a good 12 pk and a fifth.
Add one can of chili, another can of tomatoes, or a big *** can of refried beans.

If someone ask you if you need something for college tell them a 10.00 crock pot. Throw any type of meat in there with some seasonings. Put it on med. When you get back dinner is served.

Top Ramen, Canned Soup, or if you can buy lots of pre-made meals that are in the frozen section, and you just heat them up in a pan or oven ( pastas, lasagna, stir-fry, etc) OR.. you can make salads.. just buy bags of lettuce, and cut up some tomatoes, or your fave veggies, and throw on some cheese and dressing!
