Yes. Racism is an offshoot of enthnocentrism.
Ethnocentrism - Belief in the superiority of one's own ethnic group.
Racism - The prejudice that members of one race are intrinsically superior to members of other races, and/or Discriminatory or abusive behavior towards members of another race.
Each and everyone can be a racist but this is a social attitude developed, not inherent as a given character trait.

Most definitely. Racism occurs in all race groups. It can be white on black, coloured on white, black on coloured etc.
As a white African, I have been verbally and physically assaulted because of my skin colour. You need to realise that white people are not in the majority world-wide and that due to our rather chequered history, there is quite a bit hostility towards the former "white oppressors". This is not just a reference to Africa, but India, the Americas etc.
Fortunately, not everybody is as narrow-minded. There are many instances of various races working well together. While the vocal minority may cause trouble, the majority of people simply want to get on with their lives.

Sure anyone who thinks their race is superior to anothers race can be a racist. Racist is a word and covers the whole world and it inhabitance. It is not limited to whites although some racist minorities may want you to believe it is so.

Anyone can be racist. Some of the most racist people I know are black, about their own people. The light skin ones hate the dark, the dark hate the light, etc. The biggest thing all racists have in common is ignorance.

Absolutely.
Everyone is capable of a racist act. If you discriminate on the grounds of race, its racist. Doesn't matter what colour your skin is.

They can be racist and many are. Plenty of Asians believe they are smarter, and act out their attitudes in the world. Blacks believe they are physically superior and also live out ways to display that to the world. Racism is also a matter of choice, who you do business with, who you create alliances with, who you date, who you shun, who you accept, and who you like and hate.
Racism is very prevalent, but it can be dampened when we talk about it. People are not likely to change attitudes easily. It's a slow process. There are some really mean people in the world with authority to stomp racism in our faces. Likewise there are some really brilliant leaders in the world showing us how to deal with racism.
