If the words I hate you come out, its because my husband and I are rough housing.. and he is obviously winning. But its hard to win against a soldier.. he is 20xs stronger.

Hate is a very very strong word, I didnt know the real meaning of the word until I got divorced.
If you say you hate someone, make sure you really understand why you are saying that

I don't think I've ever truly hated someone that I hadn't loved to begin with. Those who we care about, who hurt us, are the ones that inspire that kind of passion.

I think maybe when you really love someone that then he/she can deeply disappoint you.. Love becomes Hate.. it is the right opposite.. because u cannnot tell I love u due to your frustrated or angry.. so you say I hate u.. that's it..

I think its said in anger at someone you really love.
I feel what we usually really want to say is 'I hate you for....doing this'. Its however more caustic to just say 'I hate you' and it definitely makes the offender more aware of the severity of his/her actions
