I want dreadlocks..but i havnt got the like black afro hair ( im nt racist) im white with naturally kinda wavy hair any ideas?

grow your hair long and take good care of it.then when its the length that you like, wash your hair once every two days, and after you washed, then twist a certain amout of hair(to your liking) and keep on twisting. do not brush it out.do that for the whole of your head. after a while it should become dreads.
you can buy this special shampoo for dreads too.

Dreadlocks are created by not washing the dirt and natural buil up of oils in the hair and twisting the hair (it may take a while depending on the thickness of your hair). While this may be a look you enjoy it is a hot bed for disease and parasites. My friend had them a few years ago and had to shave her head because she got lice from another friend and when they shaved her head they found a very bad rash that needed cream for a month to go away.Hope this helps.

I have seen many white people with dreadlocks, it is easy all you do is let your hair grow long enough, and since you are a white you will need all the gels available that can make your hair more tender.

get it braided in small individual (not micro) sections, using bees wax as an adhesive, or you can use "hair paste" for you hair type.(google it) if it (the loc) still comes down on the ends then put rubberbands on them for the moment. try not to wash it for the begginning phases, because water loosens your hair and that will be that last thing you would want to do. but you dont wanna exactly be doing alot of.....durty work, because then it would stink!!

Don't try the 'never wash your hair' method. My son did this with his beautiful blonde hair, it never formed into dreads and it ended up looking like he had a dirty rat hanging down his back. It also smelled horrible! He had to get it all shaved off in the end.

Theres a special barbershop that really does those things like here in the Philippines theres a barbershop near us call Scissors and Hairs... ^_~ they have special prices for that....

Don't wash or comb your hair and it will happen by itself. Just to let you know, though, I know someone who did that and she ended up getting bugs in her hair, and it was so tangled she had to cut it off!! Good luck tho :)
