Opossum love cat food... I had an opossum uner my mobile home in the country last year.... My black female cat never got scared... and neither ever attacked the other.....

One hevy rainy night the opossum was on my porch looking for food... very shy.... he was all wet and went in one corner... I took a simple rolled newspaper to pet him...because I did not want him to bite me... I don't know their habits or fears.... I went very gentle like for a cat ... talking to him ... and he rolled up and let me pet him.... He actually acted like a little dog... jjust scared shaking.... I moved ... , but he was alive under my house for at least one year.... Ugly little thing... but seems gentle....

Perhaps your siamese does not want to share his food....
Or simply attacked him to protect the home and get him away for ever....

Your guest is as good as mine....

Hope this helps...

If you care about your cat, you should keep it safe far from wildlife where it can be injured, pick up diseases or parasites, and bring them home to share with you.

You should not leave cat food out where it will attract wildlife, endangering you and your family.

Make your cat a happy indoor cat who will live 10 times longer!
