Doesn't matter, you could throw us in a compost heap for all we care. Once we die, we're not using our bodies anymore, it's just an empty shell cause we're in heaven.

Dear Blackman,
There is nothing in the Bible that teaches anything about how a Christian is to be buried. However, i think that as a Christian we should always think about others and i think that if being buried in a gravesite may cause division amongst your remaining relatives and friends it may be something to consider.
As a believer i think the funeral is less for you. It definitely has no bearing on your soul, the moment you die, you go to be with the Lord (to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord). But i think that a believer plans and considers others. i am only 33 but i've already told my mom about my life insurance policy and how i want the gospel preached at my funeral (and not to be creamated but buried) because i've thought about how that ceremony can give glory to God and give my non-believing friends a chance to know Christ.
i hope that helps.

Dirt is dirt. I was taught by my pastor that we need not pray for the dead, nor bless them, because they are in the hands of God. By the time the a body is buried, the soul has already left the body. So I don't see how it would make a difference.

Yes. The proximity of a non-Christian corpse to a Christian corpse carries no negative aura, to a Christian. I don't care who I'm buried next to. I guess non-Christians are afraid that the corpse of a Christian will hurt their chances of getting into heaven.

Doesn't matter where you are buried. So long as you are concecrated or whatever by a Christian priest you can be thrown in the ocean (yes some people request this).

It may not be OK by the social norms. It really doesn't matter where your body is buried because it decomposes and returns to dust. What happens after death is dependent on what has happened till death.

well, atleast its ok to be buried in a Muslim grave, as graves are suppose to be for all human beings, there is NO factions in it. also, Muslims believe to live along side everyone, why can't Muslims be dead along side everyone? Peace to All.
