So a woman after working an 8 hour day at the job, comes
home and has another 6-8 hours of housework, laundry,
cooking, helping with homework, etc while her husband
gets to sit his behind down at the table and whine that his
dinner isn't on time? If both are working, then both need
to share the chores. Where is the man's family values???
If he really loves and values his wife, he works alongside
her. Get real. Nowadays you need a double income to
make ends meet, yet some men just don't have a clue.
Have you ever figured out what it would cost you to hire
someone to do all the things a wife does? You couldn't afford
it. So quit your complaining and appreciate the hard work
that gets done while you whine.

Well most women know have to go out into the work force, raise children, volunteer with the pta, and have other commitments to tend to. So therefor if should be a joint effort with the cooking, cleaning and caring for the family.

I think it is because men don't appreciate the things that we do. Complain about every meal, complain about not planning the meals, when we do and it is their favorite food, they are sitting in a bar when they know their dinner is on the table. It is a very thankless job. As far as cleaning? Why bother when you just sit n front of the TV and let things fall apart until repairs become to large and to costly. Why don't men start fixing things around the house? Whats wrong? Too tired after working an 8 hour daly? Too tired that you can't hold a pleasant conversation with one of your four children or making sure the dirty sox he has left on the floor in front of you, while you are watching tv and I am cleaning the kitchen for the 3rd time and you can't see to it that he puts those dirty socks in the hamper? WHY? Because that's my job?

Oh you mean the "family values" that said a man could beat the crap out of his wife and kids because that was the MANLY thing to do and it was just "Keeping them in line?" You mean the "family values" that said a man could go out and drink all night fall into bed with prostitutes and then bring home STDS to the wifey and that she'd better damn well have dinner on the table the moment he stumbled in the door, and it better not be burnt and it better not be cold? Those family values?

I work, and yeah I'm lazy about cleaning, but I always do cook and I like to, the laundry is always done etc.
Try helping a little.

I kinda agree with you, i wouldn't exactly consider it family values though. I love to clean the house and cook dinner every night, and bake cookies and pies, i know it seems old fashion but really I'm anything but. I love that my man appreciates it, and i love to do it it makes me feel good.

I'll tell you what happened! Chicks have had their heads pumped full of all this liberal "women's lib" crap! They think that they are just as good as men and just as capable as men and just as deserving as men. They need to shut up and recognize. They need to learn to cook, clean, iron, do laundry, clean the house, and care for the kids. More husbands need to tell their wives to shut the F up, when their wives give them some sass. If you go to the Middle-East or East Asia, they got their women in check.

becuase women are just like men in most ways...they want to have fun too man... i cook and clean for my woman 3 days a week and she does it 4 days a week..so pitch in man :)

Double standard. They want their workplace to treat them equally. But at home.. they want to be spoiled by the guys.
Yet, they can't explain why 1/2 marriages end in divorce.
Guys, if you are smart and make enough to support a family. Go for a submissive housewife that will treat you like a King. cook and clean and do everything you want.
Its better for your kids too. Family time is very important. without a family bond.. your kids will just look elsewhere for them. And I can guarantee they will look in all the wrong places.
American girls are brainwashed to be an Independent girl. Independent girls make a very bad wife. They got the BS mentality of.. "you got two hands.. do it yourselves" They just sit back and be lazy and gain a load of weight. Its funny, girls these days let go of their looks once they know they got a guy locked in.
