I think so many girls do this now, my brother is paying to a girl watching her boobs and some private parts, because she say its better to do that than to be a prostitute. is it much ok if they show thier body parts on webcam paying them for that, rather than be a prostitute just to earn some money for a living??? i just want to know other opinion.

I say that they do it for different reasons. Americans do it because they want some extra cash and they think it is fun. But there are many people who do it because they have no choice. In Asia, especially countries like the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia, girls do it on cam because they are so poor. A lot of people don't realise this. In the Philippines there are so many who do this because they are desperate for money and want to send their younger brothers and sisters to school. Now you may say "if they are so poor then how can they afford a PC?". Well here is the truth. There are rings of groups of people that will offer a girl a job as a cam girl in a tiny cramped apartment that is shared with 4 or 5 other girls who do the same thing. They are all given PCs and a foam mat to sleep on. They usually work all night shifts between 10pm and 6am staying up all night infront of their PCs because that is day time in North America and Europe where the main customers are. They are given the option to leave, but that will mean no money at all from the few dollars that they make per day if any. For them this life is cruel. But they do it for their families because they are so dedicated, loyal, loving, and true at heart. It is an everyday struggle to keep going but their love for their families keeps the fire alive. Now you talk about doing this just to make a little extra cash. When I hear about people like that I turn to them in absolute disgust. It makes me so mad that some people do this as a fun way to make a little extra cash, while so many out there are doing it because they have no other choice. For some it's a hobby, for many it is a complete struggle of life. That is the harsh reality. I have all the respect in the world for those poor girls who do this everyday to support their families however they can. But I have no respect for those who take this job for a fun hobby. How do I know all this ??? Well, let's just say that I've had to stand by one of my best friends during some of her hardest times "doing this same job for her family". I'm just thankful that some people in asia are lucky enough to have been offered these jobs on computers rather than being prostitutes and being harmed physically. But the real harm is the psychological scare that it leaves on some. I've helped my friend leave this work, and now she will never have to face this horror again. That's all I have to say

Even the ladies just showing bodies in cam (not to be a prostitute), it's the same thing! It's absolutely not right and it's a big sin. If they think do it to earn money,it's wrong. There's so many other jobs outside to find!

Truthfully - it doesn't work. I'm going thru this with one of the guys I'm dating. He's 2400 miles away and only home every other weekend, but with other committments when he's home (family, work, etc), we don't even get to spend a full day together. It's so easy to misread IMs or emails. The phone calls are only good for so much. I too am someone that needs the personal touch!

I am a webcam girl and for the girl it is much safer. Plus there is no actual sex...I don't see the harm in it at all. It's better than being groped by a bunch of old stinky men in a strip club too.

to each there own. if that is what they want to do they still a prostitute just in a non sexual way.still selling the body even if it is just a cam show.

As long as people will pay, then people will do things to capitalize on it. My opinion is not to judge what others do. I find that continually trying to make myself a better person is more worthwhile.

ppl will do anything for money these days, i'm not one to judge tho but i would not do it myself, i would get a proper job and earn my money.
