Yep it's just part of life. You'll go through those periods where you look at all the crap and get depressed. But you slowly work your way back to level ground and things get better again.
It's called "Life"

Sometimes yes... I generally feel like this when i'm going through a quiet point ie not going out often or doing much. The recommended approach is too try and keep busy, start new hobbies or take a class of some sort. Personally I recommend something at the gym if you can exercise is said to release those happy feelings. If you don't find this helps speak to your Dr, but whilst medication is helpful I always find its best to just get myself out there

Is this your first time feeling this way? or did you feel this way before and it went away? what caused this? was there are trigger? or is it just randmom? you could be suffering from depression, but if you ever had at least one manic episode where you get or hyper or anxios then you might have bipolar disorder.
it's best to go to a psychaitrist and talk about it, if you don't like taking pills try a psychologist, or maybe try something like yoga or oriantal medicine which could help too! some herbs like St.John's wort is an anti depressant.

It sounds like you are suffering from depression. Depending on your age, you might get over this soon. If you don't get over this feeling within a week, I would suggest you go to a doctor and explain what is happening with you, and they can diagnose if you have a chemical imbalance, or might possibly need an antidepressant.

i was in your situation, you need to go to your doctor, it sounds like you are moderately depressed, which can reeeally cause physical symptoms as well, i take celexa, but your doctor will be able to decide which one works best for you, you may have to switch meds a couple of times, i think i tried 3 before i took celexa, celexa has the lowest risk of side affects, and i know it sounds weird, but put on relaxing music and meditate, and no, you dont have to sit with your knees crossed and make those funny noises, just get in a comfy position and picture serene things, i hope i helped you.

Sometimes I have this feeling too but I don't think it is any illness. it could be the fact that you have face some problems and don't know how to solve it. Personally, I take a step backward and think how to overcome it and try my best to do it.

Life is always cruel to us. When you find it's so meaningless, yet you still have to face the reality inorder to survive. But, if it's too simple...how to last for the next boring 50 years?

yes...just about all the time...if you are depressed however (like me) you should go and see your doctor...I guess I should give you two bits of info ....1) you are not alone 2)you have to fight it with everything you have, whatever you do don't let the depression beat you!!!!!
