actually it depends on the context
when u try to do sth and u can't, but u finally do it, it means 'it wasn't that hard'/''it was simple wasn't it'
if u say sth and s/one tells u 'Bob's yer uncle', it means sth like 'there u are' or 'i totally agree with u'

depends on the context..... us limey's are funny that way

it can mean:
it's done, complete, finished
you've got it, understand, you're right
or used as an exclamation of excitement meaning let's get to it
