I have trouble getting up and down. I can't sit or stand for any long periods of time.I get trembers in both hands.

On the questionnaire for jury duty, they will ask you if you have a handicap or any health reason that would keep you from serving on a jury. Just fill in that part of the form and return it, and they will never contact you again.

call your doctor's office and request a note stating you be excuse from jury duty because of your condition. we do it alot at my work so it shouldn't be a problem at all.
