If you would still fly, would you be nervous? Would you keep an eye on them? Do you feel nervous anytime you fly with a person of Arab descent?

I wasn't trying to insult anyone, just curious what people would do. Kinda like a sociological experiment, get it?

Without doubt! I am not a racist, and this is not a racist issue. This is to do with Religous Extremists who now use any excuse to persecute us. I would immediately get off. It is very similar to the way i look through the passenger manifest before each flight!
I may call myself zanymadpilot, but on this one i am adament. Call it protection of my own.

What most people don't realize is on 9/11, all the planes were sold out...no tickets available...but only a handful of passengers. Why? The terrorists bought the majority of the seats so there would be less people to deal with.
A day or two before your flight, you can log onto your airlines website, find your flight and see how many seats are available. If your plane is nearly booked and everyone shows up, you'll be safe. If, on the other hand, it's sold out and there are a bunch of people not flying, seriously reconsider.

i would still fly i would not be nervous and i would not watch them. i am not predjudiced, all humans have a touch of evil, some more than others. i will not be nervous around arabs just because the us was attacked by arab terrorists. im sure that having people nervous about them insults a great many people. i know that some people still dislike any1 of native american descent. even those whith barely a speck. i have met some and only know of their distaste because when they found out that i am 1/4 charokee they would not only not speak to me, they would write obcene notes telling me and all my "injin" friends to get out of town. i wouldnt stand for it but there are people who dont always say how theey feel about something so u never know when ur insulting someone. keep that in mind.

Evil isn't readily visible. If it were, nothing bad would ever happen.
I'm curious how you equate arab descent with Muslim extremist though. There are plenty of Christian extemists who like to blow things up too you know.
Jerry Seinfeld (he is half Syrian), Paula Abdul, Shannon Elizabeth, Danny Thomas, Dave Thomas (yeah, the Wendy's guy was an Arab), Kristy McNichol (her Mom is Palestinian), Frank Zappa, Doug Flutie, Jeff George and Wendie Malick are all Arabs. Do you also not watch tv, movies or sports because you are scared of Arabs? Or do you watch in order to "keep an eye" on them? lol

How do you think these Arabs feel when they go any where, shopping, work, their children schools and about the thing of flying.. my arms just aren't up to flying any more.. I more than
likely would sit back & enjoy what I already paid for..

Yes I would, as a group of terroists most likely wouldn,t be sitting together. They would try to be dispersed around the aircraft in order to secure it better. I dont think that I would need to watch them as security is much tighter these days.

Well, I think I'd still fly. I'm not predjudice but I can understand still the way people would feel. It's a sad world

Of course I would. Not everyone of Arab extraction is an extremist terrorist. I would keep an eye on anyone these days. Don't forget the asian terrorists, and the european terrorists, and the african terrorists, and the south american terrorists, the racist american terrorists (Timothy McVeigh was caucasion, not arab)....

I'd naturally keep an eye on them. Then if they started acting strangely I'd kick their teeth out their a$$ to the point where they would be tied up downstairs in the baggage compartment all cross eyed blowing spit bubbles.

I will sit down, and go on as a normal flight! It will be kinda stupid to leave because in your little minds everyone is a terrorist if they are from the middle east.
