The situation and the culture in Somalia doesn't really lend itself to the Al-Qaida-type extremism. AQ is using Somalia as a training area, but they're not in control, and the chaos that's happening there right now will probably affect their ops in the horn of Africa. Not all extremist groups agree with each other, and it makes no sense to invade a country (I use the term very loosley) that's in the middle of civil war, and has no real clear sides.

Ask Bush where Somalia is. If he can't point it out on the map, then roll in the troops.

What's wrong with you people? You enjoy see people suffer from war, is it? What kind of animal is are you? Can we all live in peace? That would be a recipe for disaster. We can't even succeed in Iraq, which had maintained law and order before the invasion. How well do you think we would do when entering an already chaotic situation?
