The first lines of your vaulted gospel of Matthew clearly lay out the lineage of Jesus, from Joseph, back to Jechonias (14 generations), back to David (14 more generations), back to Abram (14 more generations still). That is 42 generations, which at a minimum average of 20 years each give 800 years just back to Abram.
Even ignoring the supernatural tales in the first chapter of Genesis, that is clearly more than 400 years.

It is not said in the Bible that the world is 400 years old than Jesus. How can u say it is in the Bible.? See it in New Testament 1st chapter the history of Jesue"s birth.Starting from Abraham to Jesus was it only 400 years old? Please read the Bible from Old Testamentto New Testament. U will know the truth.

Did you mean 4000? I've never heard anyone claim that it was 400. And if yes, then no, 4000 years before Jesus would make the Bible correct, according to some people.

Those Xian types have trouble with 0's. I don't know where you got 400 from, some fundamentalist 'young earth creationists' believe that it is ~4,000 yrs old.

God who existed before created the heavens and the earth. There is no mention of time duration between the first sentence and the next sentences. However, you need to know the difference between the word create and the word form.
The bible is reveal knowledge not scientific knowledge. It is a separate belief system from science. Easily put, God reveals, man observes. God created everything that man can observe. And God exists beyond our observation.
What we know about God comes from reveal knowledge, the bible as spoken by the prophets.
Reveal knowledge depends on belief: you either believe it or you don't. There is no wrong or right concerning belief.
You really need to know how to read it.

The earth is about 4,700,000,000 years older than Jesus... or WOULD be, if Jesus had existed. He didn't, of course.

400 no, 4000 yes---but only Jesus in His human form because He has been around forever. He is the Alpha, Omega, the beginning and the end. Amen.
