Sorry this is not an answer to your question but to pass on a story. A friend of mine works as a waitress in a steak restaurant in London, she is well aware that the food isn't great but the management don't care so why should she. One customer- who had been a prat all the way, got mad, gave his food back and said very loudly, "this food is not fit for pigs", she smiled sweetly and said back, "one moment sir, I will get you some food that is fit for pigs!"

I work at a golfcourse, and we have to call everybody by their last name. We call the guys that dont tip "Mr. Stiffer". Its an inside joke that confuses the hel out of my boss. Since theres like 1000 members, the boss doesnt know most of their names, and he thinks theres like a whole family of "Stiffers" that come around. I love it. "yeah I had to take Mr Stiffer back to the airport"
