They are not looking at the circumstance that would make them believe in a murderer. Yes, he IS a murderer! If you read the bible, God has killed more humans than any other living being. Yet he is considered synonymous with the word "Love". Only a sheep would overlook that contradiction.

just to set the record straight, I in no way agree with that answer, I just found it humorous coming from the source that it did.

God does exist, and he did what he had to, because alot of the people were evil in those days and beyond help. God is a God of love and mercy. We are not to question God's authority or put the lord god to a test or tempt him. If you read the Holy Bible , you'll understand why God did what he had to do. But God is no murderer. He died on the cross for our sins and to save us.
Reference John 3:16. You need a relationship with God.
God bless you and i'll pray for you.

Honestly why don't you just sit down and read the Bible and see what you get out of it. If you read in a clear mind and think about everything that it says maybe you will see God isn't a murderer. I am just trying to let you see what God has done for us.

God has a plan, You're not permitted to know about it. Part of that plan involves killing, Usually the elderly but often small children and helpless innocents. When possible it's a plan that involves killing very large numbers of completely unrelated people and punishing the faithful right along with the perverted.

nice answers but they don't answer the question you have asked.
If God dosen't exist then It didn't make Everything and this is just a accident. So how could God kill then there would be no Devil or Satan made by God to tempt us.. we would then have to take the blame for our own actions instead of the the Devil made me do it excuse.

Just like a gun doesn't kill, God doesn't kill. People kill. God allows people to make choices...good and bad.

OK, dont look to an atheist to strengthen your belief in God, an atheist does not believe in God and will try to convince you that God kills people. And you are falling for it !!

I don't make this recommendation often, but I think it would be better for you to not believe in God rather than believe evil things about God. Belief in an all-knowing, all-powerful, but evil God will do bad things to your mental health.
