I have food allergies: eggs, nuts, strawberries etc
I have come across a few allergy resource websites
but I haven't found alot of info on recipes. Some vegan
sites have been helpful for recipes without eggs but
I am curious if anyone has more knowledge...
Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry, I don't know about websites, but I would suggest that you buy powdered egg replacer. It is sold at some grocery and health food stores. It is made from potato starch and tapioca flour. It is used in cooking instead of eggs.

I have food allergies too, and your best bet is to just stay away from them and those things that replace them.
