yoga can help u a lot. do tar aasan. u can also stretch ur body by holding a branch of tree[hanging]. play a lot. eat green vegetables. also have deep breath in the m orning. inspite of all these, if u dont feel good about ur height, look people smaller than u. whatever God has made us, let we thank Him for the same
