i'm 16 and don't know how to ask a guy out. They usually ask me! do i need my hair a certin way or what?

Just cut to the chase and ask...Would you like to go out with me? If he says no....4get about him girly!!! There's plenty of guys out there to date!

If the guy likes you, he'll ask. Don't change for him. Just flirt a lot, ask what he's doing after school or on the weekened. Casually bring up that you're going to a movie.
It always works for me.

just ask. don't do anything special or it will always be expected and eventually you'll get tired of it. the worst that can happen is him say no right? and that diffinitely will not be the end of the world.......plenty of fish in the sea and plenty of time to keep throwing that hook
