She is my best friend...She sasid she is my crush cousin...but my friend ask my crush and he said no.so should i turst her?

how can we possibly know? Ask him yourself. Ask your best friend to tell you something that will definitely prove that's her cousin....like the name of his mom... then ask him what's his mom's name...etc

Yes you should there is nothing wrong with having a crush on anybody.
