Are you saying you have hired help that can be deported? The heck with etiquette, check out the laws on hiring illegals! If you hired them on a working visa , just fire them after they've done the dishes.

Who cares about etiquette? Send em packin' hire a nice American girl who has a couple of kids and can't get child support from a dead beat dad, or welfare because she is supposed to be getting child support.
