Do you have natural curly hair, are you able to make it a positive thing for you or is it just hard to handle?

I really like mine. The curl is good to work with.

Is there any products you like either to define the curl, or to use to straighten it. I do both... Thanks, would love to hear your input

I have naturally curly hair...and I love it! My curly hair gives me that wild/cute look and even when I don't do anything to my hair for 2 days, I still get compliments from both men and women then there's others who think I'm just wild, I've learned a long time ago not to fight nature, so I just let my hair do whatever it wants to do, because not one curl is like the other and they are very disobediant, so I let it go!

Well, this is my regimen:

Wash with moisterizing shampoo;
Condition with moisterizing conditioner;
Finger comb while conditioner still on;
Rinse with COLD water;
Pat ends enough so water won't be dripping everywhere;
Use leave-in conditioner;
Lots of Gel

Oh...and sometimes I use lotion on my hair (non-greasy kind) as double protection against frizz! (My secret!)

Notice I didn't mention a blow dryer? Worse thing you could use for curly hair...especially curly hair like mines!

I don't have a favorite product.

Yea, I have naturally curly and slightly frizzy hair. I've tried numerous products and nothing worked that great to define the curls and frizz except some styling milk, from a store in Paris. Unfortunately, they went out of business online 2 years ago. The next best product I found was a leave in conditioner consisted of just natural products; no chemicals or all that **** you find in a regular grocery store. I can put it in my hair, let it air dry, and it's soft, light, and barely frizzy, and slightly curly. And if I feel like it, I just run the straightener through it the next day in the morning and it's works fabulous...I don't even need a straighening product. And then I start over once a week.

Natural curly hair CAN be challenging! There are several really good products out there to use to either straighten or enhance curl definition. To straighten try Redken's 'Straight'. If you use a flat iron. Try Sleek Looks by Matrix's 'Iron works'. Bio-Silk also has some awesome products for straightening. To enhance your natural curl, I love Bed Head's 'Curls Rock' line. I leave in conditioner after a shower,this tightens the curl ,keeps frizz down.
I use a straight ceramic iron with polishing hair shine from professional hair care products,you can purchase at any salon or grocery store.
When I straighten hair I also use a big round brush

natural ringlets, I don't use any products except leave in conditioner.

the secret is to finger comb your hair in the shower with the conditioner and then tie the tendrils up until your hair air dries.

I love my hair it bouncy, thick and frizz free :)

yes I must have eaten all of my crust when I was a kid. I don't mind it so much when its short but a real pain when it gets long as it also gets thick I have very thick hair and I hate that but all the hairdressers seem to love it
