really depends on how far along you are amongst other things... if you are having severe bleeding or pain, then yes, i strongly encourage you to go to the emergency room. if you are just having whats similar to a period then its not really an "emergency" and can wait to see a doctor during normal hours.. but call if you feel you need to. I did go to the ER for my miscarraige, but only b/c it was on Labor day weekend, and i Knew i needed a Rhogam shot.

It really depends...
I had a miscarriage and didn't even know I was pregnant or that I had lost the baby. I found out the next month when I was talking to the OBGYN for my normal yearly checkup.
I would have definitely went to get checked out at the ER if I would have had any idea that I was going through a miscarriage. There could be major complications and I just thank GOD that there were none with me.

You should ALWAYS go to the ER when there's a problem with the pregnancy. After all, your body is rejecting a growing human being and there might be a chance of saving a life, possibly even YOURS. There are many signs, such as bleeding from the uterus, extreme pain from the abdomen/womb, and other factors. So yes, you should go to the hospital and I mean STAT!!!

If you are in pain please go to the hospital.. You can't sit around and wait when you are pregnant like you do when you are not pregnant. I learned the hard way sitting around thinking everything was fine and my twin boys came at 6 months and facing a whole lot of problems with prematurity now because of waiting to the last minute.

I guess it would depend. With my 1st it was at home ...the cramping was painful but not unbearable and I went to the Dr the next day. With my 2nd I went to the ER because I needed a d&c.... but unless your Dr says otherwise I would go to the ER just in case...
OK SO IN SOME QUESTIONS YOU DONT KNOW IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND ASKING ABOUT THAT.... BUT NOW IN THIS QUESTION YOU THINK YOU ARE HAVING A MISCARRIAGE... THIS ISNT STUFF TO JOKE ABOUT

If you suspect you are, then you definitely need to get medical attention right away. You could start to hemorrage, or get infection. Don't wait.
