gal,it takes two in a relationship.to maintain the spark,he has to contribute coz at the end you'll end up bored and feeling cheated.tell him to get his act right and cut back on your visits and maybe he'll see the light.if not, move on gal

Okay, I traveled to my g/f's house living a half hr away nearest home. then away at school i came home every saturday for a two hr ride (around NYC traffic too=lots of gas and money and commitment) She also barely came to where i was. It will eventually became a problem, especially as u do this more and more. If i were u, i'd try talking to him about compromising the situation and letting him know its just not even close to being fair. Dont let yourself fall into that one..dont let him get away with such a luxury. Unless he truly does appreciates it and wants to do the same for u in return.

NO. This sounds like a one-sided relationship. I have been involved in this type of thing myself. Once you start giving too much of yourself, they will take you for granted. It is inevitable. Kick back and let him come see you. I am telling you the truth, if you keep doing more than he is, sooner or later your going to get burned out and he will EXPECT you to keep doing everything you have been doing. Don't let anyone turn you into their personal doormat, its not a good feeling when your feelings don't count.

not fair at all.
If he can't make the effort to come and see you maybe he isn't all that interested in you. He is interested enough when you make the trip. but if he has to then his interest isn't that strong.

Unless there is a good reason you guys should take everyother weekend.

No not at all.
I live 1 1/2hrs away from my boyfriend, But we make it quite even with which one of us does the travelling.
I wouldnt put up with it, hes taking advantage, or is lazy

You need to plan a schedule that you will to to see him every three weeks and if he wants to see you more often he has to come to your place. This could be a sign that he's either lazy or cheap. Work out a plan and stick with it.

Well! not fair at all. If you can travel to his place, why can't he? I think he needs a kick on the backside!!!.

Nope, not fair at all. He sounds pretty selfish. Stop going to his house. If he doesn't start coming to yours that means he isn't that interested--dump him.

YOU NEED TO ASK HIM WHAT GOING ON, AND WHY HE
DOESN'T WANT TO SPENT TIME WITH YOU AT YOUR HOME
I WOULD WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS. ESPECIALLY SINCE
IT IS 80MILES ONE WAY. THAT A LOT A MILE. TO GO SEE
SOMEONE. AND IT NOT FAIR AT ALL.
