God must have created the earth first. Logically speaking, earth was created first then only man came. Without earth man cannot live anywhere else. So first earth was created then man tried to cope himself with the surroundings.

God did everything in perfect order. Earth was created with everything man needed to be nourished and live abundantly. Notice the order of creation- you can liken it to preparing a nursery before you bring the baby home- oyu are going to make sure that you have everythign you need to take care of the child before you actually being him home. God made sure that food and water, a place to rest and be refreshed and even animal companionship was all in place before He created man. Think about what would have happened if any of these things had not been in place before He placed man on the earth. God is a God of perfect order. He created earth for man, as man's home and the place where he would have dominion. man was never an afterthought

The entire range of things is the result of an evolution
over billions of years
as far as the Science could look into.

The God has set the stars and the planets
including the Earth that way only.

Of course your question collapses in on itself. If he messed up so much, what makes you think that you can file a suit? Where would you get the idea of punitive damages if he is so unfair? The irony is thick!! You cry out that he is a screwup on your computer through the internet, probably with a full stomach and wearing good clothes. You truly are a sinner.

Good question. I guess the earth must have come first so man was created to cope with the living conditions.
