5Kg is about 10 pounds. That's a tall order to lose in one week.
3500 calories is equal to a pound (about 7000 to a kilogram).
If you enter your weight and how long / fast you run into this website's calculator: http://www.healthstatus.com/cbc.html, you can calculate roughly how many calories you burn.
Running is great but be sure your diet is in order and be patient for weight loss to occur. If you are new to running, be sure you break into it slowly. Running too much, too soon, is an invitation to injury and frustration.
Also, be sure your diet is in order. Over consuming food will only delay your progress (as will starvation diets).
Use a website such as http://www.fitday.com to monitor your food intake and exercise expenditures. Ultimately, that will help you lose weight.
Feel free to drop me a line if you have any other questions about running / fitness.
Good luck.

There is no 'set' time limit to lose a certain amount of weight. There are several factors that play into the equation. What kind of diet are you on? Are you working out mild, intermediate, or high intensity? Not to mention even if you are dieting and working out in high intensity you still might be losing weight but putting on muscle mass so on a scale it may not seem like you are losing anything. When in reality you might be losing fat but gaining muscle. Good luck.
