I used to have a beard up until about 1998 (my picture was actually taken about 10 years ago. My hair is more salt and pepper now). My Fiancee at the time made me promise not to shave it off. About a year or two after we split I did shave it. I decided to grow it again a few weeks back prior to a camping trip I was going on with my friends, and I have kept it.
So, what do you think? Keep it or shave it off? 10 points for the best reason.

Shave it. Remember why:
- The ladies want to see a pretty face
- How are you going to kiss someone if your beard is in the way?
- You want to look like a man, not a monkey
- Beards are not comfy. I mean, how can someone possibly live with you if you have that thing scratching their faces?
- You can breathe air properly without it, if you have that bush on your face how are you supposed to breathe that fresh air?
- You'll look like an everyday person without it, you'll look like a priest with it
SHAVE IT!!!

How compfortable are you with it ? How about with out it ?
If you keep it well trimmed I,d say keep it. Salt and pepper hair on a man is quite enticing. It can make a man look sexy, intellegent and it can command respect somehow.
But if don,t keep it trimmed then shave it clean and smooth. This too is a good thing.
Nah I say keep it trimmed and keep the beard for all the obviouse reasons

Shave it, it will make you look younger and workwise there are numerous studies that show people dont trust men with beards. I'm not saying you are not trustworthy but it could improve work and future relationships.
And now the fiancee has gone its good to have a new start and a new you.

I agree with some of the other answers - have your beard for winter and shave it clean or just have the moustache for the winter - my husband had a beard for 18 years then when he retired he shaved it off and the kitds didn't know him !
He now has just the moustache and looks better for it..
Do what is most comfortable for you and good luck.

I looked at your 360 to see if you have a picture of you with out the beard and I didn't see one so I can't really say for 100% that not having one would be bad or good. You look nice in the picture with the beard though.

I say keep it for a little while longer, then shave it, a little change is always good, and what the hell it will grow back anyway, PLUS the first day you shave you will get compliments I'm sure and hey everyone likes a good compliment every now and then...good luck

I think you look alot oldler than what you probley are ,
I am sure you would look just as handsome without it.
I say whatever you feel comfortable with should be your choice.
Having a lil gruff while you go camping is sexy but aftrwords ya shouldnt have one while it is still spring or summer.
I think beards look good around the end of fall and winter time.

If you shave it, it can always grow back. It might be nice for a change. I personally don't like my fiancee's hairy face just as it is getting longer its scratchy and you'd want to clean it well it can be a breeding ground for all sorts of things.
