As long as your both Adults the age thing should not matter to much. if you really like this person ask her out to dinner or drinks even just a coffee and tell her how you feel for her

um...as long as both of you are legal and she's not married and your not married then there should be no reason why you should just tell her look I like you and I think that you are beautiful and I would like to spend more time with you I will agree that age is just a number as long as both parties are legal and ones not 16 and the others like 32 that would n't work but look luck and oh yeah girls like flowers and jewelry=)
