Dreams are a minds way of guestimating the missing information in our heads. Sometimes our minds go crazy dreamy, sometimes they are not far from the truth. The coincidences are just that... coincidences based on our mind guessing correctly.

I have had many different types of dreams. I use to have many nightmares of a nuclear war, but they ended after I got saved. Some I know are from God. The Bible says that in the end times, that our young men will see visions and our old men will dream dreams. I take my dreams very seriously. Some have come true while others have not, yet. Since I received the Holy Ghost, God helps me to interpret the dreams that he has given me. It is very exciting.

All dreams are significant to a certain degree. They can be warning of something to come, or remembering something from the past. God uses dreams a lot to communicate with His people. Interpreting dreams is not an easy task as they cannot be taken literally most of the time. The symbols in dreams are pretty much universal, as are their meanings.
Few people can interpret dreams correctly, and the ability can come from God or Satan, and obviously Gods interpretation is always correct.

Dreams usually represent what's happening in our subconscious mind...Dreams don't usually for tell the future, unless you are a profit of God. I believe some people have the gift of prophecy but there aren't many these days. Mainly back in biblical days. Usually a bad dream is because of some sort of inner doubt we have or something that has happened to us and we're trying to deal with it subconsciously because we don't know any other way to deal with it.

There are various types of dreams, for different purposes.. there are prophetic, incomplete (nightmares) as well as the continual processing of subconscious details of our lives which must be rendered at the subconscious level. If you have no problems to work out, you will not experience the latter type of dreams. Dreams, with the exception of prophetic dreams (literal), are in symbolic form and are unrecognizable for the conscious mind (intellect) to perceive.

I for one don't remember the dreams that I have, So I don't believe that they are premonitions, but their are many people out there that do! Just because one person's opinion might be different from the others does not mean anything at all! God has given all of us the opportunity to decide for ourselves! It is how you feel, & what your opinions about dreams are that really matter!

i think if we dwell on things enough that we dream of them even if they are bad or good..some bad dreams are sometimes related to what is happening in your life..like lets say some one has hurt you in real life you dream of getting even, and sometimes thatdream will haunt you til you do something about it..so i would say yes they are a hint to the future

Dreaming is just a time when your mind does whatever it wants, which explains bad dreams...
It CAN be like a prophecy, though it is rare....
