Paganism? Be more specific. There are many, *many* different religions that fall under the category of pagan.

Buddhism is pretty simple--the refuge prayer and prostration. One can "convert" in about two minutes on their own if they like. I like the Mahayana refuge prayer:
Until I am enlightened,
I go for refuge to the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.
Through the virtue I create by practicing giving and the other perfections,
may I become a Buddha to benefit all sentient beings.
So far as I know, there is no official conversion to paganism--I personally would be of the opinion that most of us start off that way. For specific parts of it, such as Wicca, there may be ceremonies or some such thing (though a Wiccan would need to be the one to answer that particular bit for you).

Converting to Judaism is a pain in the a.s.s. It is rarely encouraged by the community (in some circles, the rabbi will try to disuade you from joining to test your convictions) and involves many years of study that culminate with rituals and an offician conversion by a specific branch of Judaism.

If a guy or woman desires to incorporate Islam, she or he has to declare the Islamic creed: l. a. ilaahaa illallaah muhammadur rasool allah It ability: there is not any God yet Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. After asserting the creed she or he turns right into a Muslim and can prepare Islam. Almighty Allah is familiar with perfect!
